It was the perfect place for us to spread out and have our own space, yet come together in the common areas. The location is easy to walk to the shops, restaurants and marina. Elizabeth was very helpful and answered our inquiries so quickly. We would definitely stay there again!
~ Viki This was the third time I rented from Vacation Newport. We stay in these units instead of our conference accommodations and have a great time with our work group. The units I have rented have always been new, fresh, clean, and have everything we need. We each have our privacy and common space to enjoy each other. We are never disappointed and wouldn't look anywhere else.

~ JOSEPH We stayed her for our anniversary and it was every bit as beautiful as the pictures if not more!! We had one night with my parents and our 3 kids.......the 3 bedrooms are huge, but not as big as the bathrooms!! It was just under a mile to walk downtown however lots of shopping and restaurants even closer to this location. The house had all the things we needed......basic kitchen wear including pots, pans and keurig coffee (they even provided some of the coffee pods).....all the linens including beach towels and even beach chairs in every closet. We would for sure come back here.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding at Ocean's Cliff and the loft provided us a great central meeting place with more than enough room to get wedding ready! The locations were perfect for all the venues and for our guests to be able to enjoy the restaurants and shopping that Newport has to offer. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend the Newport Lofts to anyone visiting Newport.

From coffee in the morning to cruising Thames in the evening on the hunt for ice cream after dinner. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

When calling to make reservation, your office staff again were polite, upbeat, and knowledgeable. The Loft was VERY convenient to all the great things in Newport! The Loft was well decorated and comfortable. A wonderful refuge while we quarantined!
~ Lisa We used the house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We could walk downtown, we drove to a nearby winery, and we had plenty of space to all sit together in the common areas. The bedrooms were large and it was so great to have three full bathrooms. The house had almost everything we needed, was really clean, and had plenty of parking. The decks were gorgeous and we just wish the weather had been nice enough to use them! Would love to go back in warmer weather!

~ Kaitlyn Every year I attend a banking conference with co-workers. We choose a Vacation Newport location rather than a conference sponsored hotel. We have our own space but have a lot of fun together in the shared space. We do work when we have to comfortably in the beautiful accommodations provided and have great space for socializing together. It makes the conference that much better. Every Vacation Newport location I have stayed at has been top notch. Clean and tastefully decorated

~ Paige This was a last minute getaway weekend and I found the Newport Lofts to rent. So happy we decided to stay here rather than a hotel. We had so much room for 6 adults especially with our own bathrooms in each bedroom. The open space kitchen/living room/dining area was great to all hang out in at night. The location was awesome to walk everywhere. I will definitely rent here again. You have everything you need here including parking. I am still amazed at how nice and clean this place was.

I had thought ahead and brought many items that I did not have to bring as the unit had everything we could possibly need. The staff was so responsive to any questions I had before, during, and after my stay but was non-intrusive so the stay felt very private. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. Thank you!!

Beds were very comfortable,and nice to have a tv in both bedrooms. Loft was more than adequate for a third bedroom. We loved newport and hope to be back someday!

I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit each had own private bath, walk in shower, comfortable bed with plenty of linens & towels, I would highly recommend this unit in Brick Market, felt like I was in an upscale apartment in New York City, restaurants are all in walking distance.

So clean and comfortable, and great to have a kitchen so we don't have to eat out for every meal. We were able to check in early this year which was fantastic, thanks for that!

~ Amy Rogers Dittrich I've stayed in Newport on holiday for over ten years now and the Lofts properties are by far the BEST. They are always impeccably clean, w/available parking, spacious accommodations and furnished with amazing, state of the art amenities. Also, no matter what property you stay at, they are all centrally located within walking distance to the fun activities Newport has to offer. As if this was not enough, then you have their Property Managers that go out of their way to make any event special. We stayed this weekend to celebrate my husband's retirement and Ali went above and beyond to ensure every last detail of our stay was perfect! She's a gem and so are their properties! Thank you, Ali for making this weekend a memory we'll never forget! Can't wait to visit again!

~ Monica What a great space! I stayed at in this unit twice...labor day weekend for my wedding and again for New Year's Eve. The roof top deck is amazing, it was a big hit. On New Years Eve, I had what seemed like a front row seat for the firework display out on Goat Island. Rent this loft and you will sure to be impressed and impress everyone who walks in the door.

The house was extremely clean, and the amenities were better than any rental I've stayed at. Up to date bathrooms, kitchenware, and extremely comfortable beds. Everyone had a fabulous time and loved the house. Would definitely rent again!

In all my years of travel, I would be hard pressed to find such a beautiful condo in such a perfect location. The photos clearly depict the elegant decor and easy flow of this property. Much time has been spent on refining the details of this condo. Everything from linens, beach chairs, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent to a fabulous array of K-Cups for that morning coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the water! You just have to pack your bag (pack light because there is a washer and dryer right in the condo) and head down. Katie Ellis, our rental specialist was wonderful to work with! She is professional and knowledge about the area and is a phone call away if any problems should arise during your stay. We are really looking forward to going back to THE NEWPORT LOFTS!

As Salve graduates, we were looking for a spacious, convenient place to stay downtown and 546 Thames Street was perfect! You'll have no problem parking your car for the weekend and walking to a variety of restaurants and shops. The house itself was clean and fully stocked with everything we could've needed. We would highly recommend this property and plan on renting again in the future!My four sisters and I spent a few days at the condo and we had a wonderful time. The condo is just as pictured, beautifully appointed, clean, well maintained and close to everything you want to visit in Newport. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and with five women having three bathrooms was a plus! Large and roomy, we had plenty of space. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Newport.Everything about this condo was excellent. Very roomy, very comfortable, completely updated, beds were very comfortable, baths off every bedroom, great location. Can you tell we liked it? Even the realtor who is in charge of renting this property was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this condo/realtor and I will be back. We were there with my family for my daughters wedding and our group rented more than one condo from this group and we all agree this place was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!Great location. Comfortable accommodations. And we arrived during Restaurant Week - great food; great deals. So much to do in Newport. Katie provided great insight and she was always there to answer questions.
